This black tulle fabric features a zigzag ornament which resembles a diamond pattern. Made of cotton, it is soft and breathable. The lower edge is embellished with three rows of floral lace appliques in a matching color. Lightweight as a feather, this French tulle fabric will look gorgeous when layered over solid silk, cotton or linen. Available in three colors.
