The lower half is decorated with fabric leaf appliques that create a stunning movement effect. Hand crafted in India, this opaque tulle is ideal for evening wear and red carpet looks. It works fine on its own, layered over or teamed with solid silks. This tulle contains a slight stretch in the weft. Also available in a powder blue color.
