Stretch fabric is applied for a wide range of clothing, such as dresses, skirts, cardigans, shirts, blouses, and tops, where you need your cloth to fit your shape best. What makes it special, is the inclusion of elastane (a.k.a. lycra or spandex) in its content, which results in the particular plasticity of these textiles.
They come in various types of fibre, weave, and design, as silk, cotton, viscose, and wool are all tolerant to elastane.
