Q: How do I place an order?

Q: If I haven’t found the payment method that suits me, does it mean that I can’t buy the fabric?

A: We always strive to meet the needs of our customers and are ready to offer individual payment terms. Please contact our customer service. We will consider your request and try our best to offer the most convenient payment method.

Q: How much do I pay for delivery?

A: Shipping costs depend on the weight of the parcel and will be set once the order is prepared for shipment and accepted by the delivery service. To find out the estimated shipping costs for your order, click here

Q: Are there any additional charges?

A: Most countries charge additional import taxes, duties and fees. They are not included into the shipping costs and are paid by the customer. We recommend that you check for regulations, customs fees and duties applicable in your country before placing an order.

Q: Can I order fabric samples?

A: Yes, you can. We ship paid fabric samples. To learn more about how to order samples, please contact our customer service.

Q: How soon will I get my order?

A: Delivery time depends on the logistics company that will ship your order. To learn more about the delivery process, click here.

Q: What shall I do if I don’t receive my order in time?

A: Once the order is ready for shipment, we will inform you about the estimated delivery time and provide a tracking number so that you can track your parcel. If you haven’t received your order in time, you can contact the logistics company directly and ask them to update you on the status of your order, or you can write an e-mail to TISSURA customer service. We will assist you in getting your order as soon as possible.

Q: Can I pick up my order?

A: You can pick up your order in one of our shops or showrooms. Please refer to the contact page  to see the addresses of all pick-up points. To learn more about how to pick up your order, please contact our customer service.

Q: Can I return the order?

A: You can return any item sold by the piece. Items sold by the metre (fabrics, trims, chains, etc.) and cut to your individual specification are non-returnable. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.

Q: What is the minimum order length?

A: The minimum order length in our online shop is 0.5 m. If you need a smaller cut, please contact our customer service to find out if it applies to the fabric you have selected. Please note that patterned fabrics are sold by pattern only. Width of pattern may be shorter or longer than 1 metre.

Q: Can I buy wholesale fabrics?

A: We offer special cooperation terms to wholesale customers. For more information, please contact our customer service .

Q: How many metres of fabric/How many items are included into the website price?

A: Items sold by the metre: the website prices are per one running metre. Items sold by the piece: the website prices are per one piece.

Q: What is the currency of the website prices?

A: Prices are displayed in the currency based on the selected location. You can switch between USD and EUR.

Q: What is a ‘wishlist’?

A: A wishlist is a list of fabrics you would like to buy, but for some reason postpone the purchase. The ‘wishlist’ option is available to registered customers only.

Q: Does the color of the fabric I see on my screen correspond to the actual color?

A: Before uploading to the website, we test our photos on several custom calibrated monitors to minimize color mismatch. However, colors may vary depending upon your monitor settings. If you have doubts about the color of the fabric, please consult our customer service. You can also order samples of the fabrics you like, which will be a true representation of texture, color and brightness.

Q: I like the fabric but I need another colorway. What do I do?

A: Please contact our customer service. We will check if the fabric is available in other colorways and get back to you.

Q: Can I wash fabrics?

A: We recommend that you dry clean the garments made of natural fibers. For more information about care instructions, click here.

Q: How much fabric do I need to buy?

A: The amount of fabric required for a garment depends on several factors, such as your height and size, garment style, trimmings, and pattern characteristics. If you work with a designer or a tailor, we recommend that you consult with them on the amount of fabric required for a garment before placing an order.

Q: Why do I need to register on the website? CAN I PLACE AN ORDER WITHOUT REGISTERING FIRST?

A: Only a registered customer can place an order. Therefore, if you wish to make a purchase, you will need to register on our website first.

Q: What are the benefits of the registration?

A: The registration provides the following benefits:

    - Registered customers have access to their personal accounts where they can track their orders and see the order history.

    - Registered customers receive e-mail notifications and are the first to know about new arrivals and special offers available at TISSURA online shop (the customer is free to unsubscribe from newsletters at any moment).

Q: Who will have access to my personal information?

A: Your personal information will be available only to TISSURA online shop team for the purposes of processing your orders. We guarantee that your personal information will not be shared with any third party. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

Q: I forgot my password. What do I do?

A: If you are registered on the website, but you forgot your password, go to ‘My Account’, enter your e-mail address into ‘login’ window and click ‘I forgot my password’. Within several minutes you will receive an e-mail on how to reset your password.
