This black chiffon trim is decorated with tone-on-tone tulle ruffles strewn with tinsel appliques. The base fabric has a slight crushed effect, is sheer and soft to the touch. The tulle ruffles are very stiff and are also made of 100% silk just like the chiffon underneath. Use this embellished trim to add some glitter to your evening or – why not – casual look.
