This red tulle fabric features a point d’esprit pattern with sequin embroidery which covers about 2/3 of the surface. The floral ornament gives way to loose fringe made of red and crimson sequins that sparkle and dazzle in motion. The fringe can be tied with ribbons to reveal the sheer background.
Designed in the Art Deco style, this Austrian tulle is an ideal fabric for a special occasion outfit that is easy-to-make. Just a couple of seams, and you can enjoy a flapper dress or an elaborate party gown. Use colored silk as a lining for more opacity.
