This floral lace fabric comes in a sky blue color, with fine black threads woven in to outline the pattern. Both edges are delicately scalloped. Based on high quality cotton, it is breathable and soft to the touch. Use this contrast French lace in a number of applications: from blouses and tops to gowns and overlays.
